Overseeing civil works construction projects up to $300m, he has successfully delivered numerous programs, including Queensland Reconstruction Authority initiatives. Heath is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), dedicated to supporting local government clients and regional communities with sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Ryan Simpson is the Northlane Office Manager and a Principal Civil Designer, bringing 16 years of engineering experience to the team. Having worked alongside Heath for over 12 years, he leads the company operations, overseeing team management, systems development and project delivery, with a focus on implementing innovative solutions to enhance workflow. In his role as Principal Civil Designer, he supports the design team in delivering, practical and functional designs that meet client expectations and industry standards.
